marine electrician in Annapolis area ?

I'm cleaning up the wiring to get battery bank #2 re-installed. (was botched by FO). Need some help with that but more important need some changes to the AC - which I won't do myself. Anyone know a decent marine electrician in the Annapolis area. Especially a certified freelancer or small outfit.
