Hull construction

Hello everyone quick question. A 1989 38-200 hull is all constructed from solid fiberglass or below the waterline only?

All of those hulls are solid layup, no coring. I have a different model, but it is an '88. Lots of roving, including unidirectional roving in higher stress areas.
