Anybody know who to get a replacement tiller from, asap?

Dunno who makes a good choice for your boat. Lots of smaller-boat tillers at Defender, WM, and so on.

I made a new laminated tiller years ago and it was a great project.

But for a while I just had a straight piece of oak, which worked fine.
