Ericson 32-200 - looking for information

Does anyone have info on a 32-200 currently named Bad Monkey (Previously Heyoka) at Dana Point CA?

I’m thinking about going to look at it next week.

Amy tips would be appreciated.

I looked at it on line. Appears to be an exceptionally well cared for example at a very good price. But you knew that.
