Electrical panel breaker lock out

Does anyone know the type of breaker lock out that would fit the Ericson OEM panel as shown below? Electrical tape is just too ugly.

I always assumed they were standard A series toggle breakers like the ones Blue Sea Systems sells. If so, something like this should work:
