E35-III cheap on Craigslist Boston

I saw this add on craigslist. $10K for a 1985 E35 with a newer Yanmar. Talked to the person posting. He is posting as friend of the owners who didn't take very good care of the interior, and obviously not up-to-speed on Ericsons as spelling and Mark are wrong, but it is still cheap for a DIY person
