E35/3 shaft size?

Hello Everyone,
Can someone tell me the original shaft size for an 86 E35/3? My engine was replaced with a Universal M35A 30hp. and I’m wondering if when they did that, did they up the shaft size? Mine currently has a 1” shaft.

Our '86 E35-3 has a 1" shaft, original M25.
Massive respect to you, Steve, as I read of all your transmission work, engine in and out multiple times, and if I recall, in a somewhat remote location. Here's hoping some things go very right in your next steps.
