Can I repair this Whisker Pole.

Not sure if this original or not. I have been tryin to repair within reason gear on deck. Photos are attached. I have included both ends for reference. Thanks.

Sure. I would cut it a bit shorter (it is a whisker pole and not a spinnaker pole, right?) and buy new ends. You have choices of ends from different manufacturers. Some of the new, composite ends are worth looking at. Measure ID carefully. You might have to amend your storage of the pole on deck. I have done this a couple of times with no problems. Like most boat repair jobs takes more time than skill to effect.

Note the model of the pole if on that label and measure the inside diameter. Check the Forespar website for a replacement end.

You don't have to cut the pole shorter just hack the pole ends off flush with the end. Then cut the rings left inside the pole out by sawing them out at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions.

Dremel tool with a cutting wheel or a sharp chisel might do the trick to cut out what's left of the plastic.
