My hat's off to Sean for creating this site.
I initially tried to get some information from rec.boating but ran into almost nothing but misinformation and outright stupidity. By contrast, this site has been chock full of usefull information and intelligent discourse.
There was really only one piece of useful information that I got from rec.boating and that was the pointer to this site
