1978 Ericson 36 needs a Viking

This boat has been sitting on the hard for several years at a nearby marina, and I stop by to check in on her every so often. She looked to be in decent shape when she came out of the water, but that was several years ago. The broker hasn't advertised her in awhile, and I'm sure the price is negotiable. She needs a new skipper.
