toe rails

Heat all, Curious if anyone here knows how the toe-rails are constructed. My bow pulpit is thru bolted to the toe rail forward, and I’m considering drilling it out every so often and feeding dyneema loops through for lashing points. Would be nice for the furler line and to hold down the...
