scoop

I was cleaning and found a old Chute Scoop. It's about 30 feet long, a little short for my spinnaker. Has s little wear, see picture. How about $65 US and I will cover UPS to the lower 48?

When I bought "Blue Note" a wind scoop was included but no instructions.On the Davis site I found some info and it refered to dowels and screw eyes,none of which I have with the "scoop".So, what do I need and how do they rig to the scoop and thru the hatch...

Does anyone have any thoughts about adding a scoop to an E 34? How about filling in the IOR rule-beater bustle and adding an eighteen inch dinghy dock? A friend did it to a Peterson design of similar proportions with positive results.
