I need to sell my 35-ft Ericson-3 sailboat as soon as possible. She's in a marina now and buyer would have first chance at keeping that slip. She's a solid boat, but needs some TLC, and a bottom job. Any ideas or offers welcome!

What might I expect a survey (for insurance purposes) to cost? I'm guessing it requires a haul-out, and since the bottom needs to be redone at this point, I'm thinking that I need to make it all happen at the same time. I have a 1983 35' Ericson III. I'm not sure where to start in considering...

My main finally gave it up and I'm looking for a decent used one just for day sails in San Diego. Haven't found one locally yet - Luff 38', Foot 11'7"
