We had this surprise when we went to bottom paint. Like cockroaches, once you see one, you then see the thousands. We used a razor to cut the blisters and let them ooze and dry out a bit, then with a polycarbide abrasive wheel, we went in making egg-shaped pits. We stopped when the paint was dry...

Going through the drawers onboard, I found about 10 of these things in the very back. It looks like it would be part I could no longer find if I needed it, but what is it?! It's 4 5/8" long and 1 1/8" wide somewhat rigid plastic. Any thoughts?
