Yeah 300 isn’t real unless there is a typo. Our boat has a bit over 3000 hours and it’s a 1990. It does look good and alot like ours except the mast is white, engine a yanmar and the winches Lewmar. Interior is an exact match, same blue upholstery :) love the boat just need to get out there...

No Yanmar engine and stern ports being what they are seems unlikely built by PS but who knows it was 30 years ago right?

Yes the 38-200 has lots of storage compartments and access to everything farily easy. I did replace the diesel heater and the exhaust pipe I have to say at first I couldn't see how I could replace the exhaust going thru the space located in the stern but was able to get thru the seat opening...

Thanks Sean! I am having problem getting someone to service it as it is too old and supposedly no parts are available. May have to replace the unit though I could try to do it myself but not sure about the maintenance parts I would need to replace like gaskets and ? I found many extra glow...

Thanks Frank! Sounds like I’ll try to do a new compressor. You just unscrew the lines at the old compressor and screw the line back to the new one with no need to reload the Freon or something, right?
