Brian, I agree that awl-grip is the way to go! It has a beautiful gloss and is very resistant to solvents such as acetone, allthough it may dull the finish slightly if you get carried away. Awl-grip is very easy to apply by brush/roll and tip. Couple of tips though, -You may have to remove...

Looks Good We are in the proccess of making new curtains as well on our 34-t and had a similar idea. I was going to screw some small bronze eye-straps into the teak panel and thread the curtains through a piece of line attached to the eye strap with some sort of "nautical looking knot"

I recently bought a e-34t and posted a question about the history of this boat. I got a response from Rico who sent me a list of all the production models, dates, and hull #'s. I did not see any mention of the 34-x model but maybee this list will help you, Look in this forum under E-34t History?

Thanks I belive you are right. I have been told that the -t- stands for trunk cabin and not tall rig like many think. I'm thinking that the 34-t is one of Ericsons earlier racer/cruiser designs, but do not know for sure.
