My father built our first sailboat, a Glen-L 14, while they were expecting me, so I have been sailing since birth. Learned to sail on a Challenger Moth, then we moved up to a Lone Star 16; my wife and I bought a Daysailer II in 1978, while my parents moved up to a South Coast 22. I am restoring the Moth while searching for a cruiser, particularly an Ericson or O'Day, having sold our Daysailer this year (wife said we couldn't have three boats).
