Can anyone share how they did it? I know there are some threads on here about torque’ing them, but no real mention on how to access the ones that are hard to get a socket/ extension / wrench on to, without unstepping the mast and pulling cabinets... any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I'm replacing the main halyard, and someone might be able to save me a trip up the mast to drop a tape measure... Does anyone know the mast height from the top of the deck, OR the main halyard length (run to cockpit)?

We hauled our boat out last month and just noticed water leaking out of the keel. Is this common? If not, what's the fix? This is our first year of ownership (and first sailboat)...

Anyone have one for sale?

Has anyone pulled out the holding tank? Any lessons learned, or tips? It looks like a bitch of a project because of its location (forward area of the cockpit locker), and the amount of dismantling that what seems to be required.
