Are the E41 the only Ericson's with V drives?

I am finally getting to checking out my Walter RV-10 V drive on my Ericson 41 refit. It was working with no issues when I pulled the boat out of the water for a total refit 4 years ago. Curious if anyone has had any experience rebuilding or repairing them?

I have an Atomic 4 V drive in my ‘69 E32, but haven’t done any work on it except top off the oil…since 1991. What’s wrong with yours?

Nothing that I know about but we pulled it out so we could do some repairs to the cabin sole a couple of years ago. We are to the point where its going to go back in this Summer. Where it lives in the boat would be a pain to have to deal with later.

I have briefly visited aboard a late-70's E-34R with a V drive and an A4 engine. That was a couple decades ago, tho. Other builders used them a lot, like Hinterhoeller, but Ericson only on a few models. Our friends with a Valiant 40 had one, also.
